4. Meetings Planned: Award of signed contract and funds to MILESTONE.

1. Work Completed: Design review completed with C. Lowe. Modern Doric capitol, base and frieze chosen. R. Harvey of Curtain Wall Design alerted that steel engineering must commence for ruins, and seating. Funds from MILESTONE given to Aviation firm to hold place in Cutting Line. Funds given from MILESTONE for materials used by cutting firm. Mold shop space allocated for Advisory Board Project, Production space allocated for project. Final rendering of design completed for C. Lowe approvals.
2. Work Planned: Get funding from Sigal/Tasos. 
3. Meetings Held: Spoke with Ed Hunter, Mitch and Tasos regarding funding for project. Assurances made that funding will occur.
4. Meetings Planned: Review for final production approvals renderings with C. Lowe. Review of funding and scheduling with Sigal and Tasos.
5. Scope of Work or Schedule Impacts: Slight setback due to lack of funding from Washington.

1. Work Completed: WIP continues on revisions of entablature, amphitheatre seating, bench and entry. 
2. Work Planned: Completion of designs for C. Lowe, Mr. Boggs, Mr. Bradley. Send Project design renderings to C. Lowe, Mitch & Ed at Sigal. Update Tassos on all projects Update photographs on Project Website.
3. Meetings Held: Design staff, CNC Cutting Companies, Mitch daily with revisions, 3-D rendering staff
4. Rodney Harvey at CDC begins engineering and shop drawings. 5. Meetings Planned: CNC Cutting of mold originals, ordering of custom colourants, mold materials, etc.
6. Scope of Work or Schedule Impacts: Final deadlines for element sized must be completed or project will be out of scope.

The following photographs depict mold originals cut by CNC routers for the Amphitheatre Seating, Entry Block and Bench Seating. Entablature pieces are shown with the column capitol elements ready for molding.
 
Mold originals are checked for accuracy, sanded, built up if needed until they are perfect replicas of the drawings. Boxes are made for the originals; mold rubber is poured and plaster is used for backing.

The following molds have been made and pieces are being cast , cured and crated in readiness for the first truck to arrive in Washington, DC 10.28.00 picture #1 shows the bull nose edge of the seating face, #2 the seating radii, #3 the set of seating elements, #4, one of the entry blocks.
