Steve is renowned for his ability to understand the artistic vision of a client and make it a reality. His innovation produces an exquisite stone custom molded to an architect’s design to create modern day masterpieces in commercial and residential buildings. These stone pieces, while appearing to be cut straight from a quarry, are actually 50-65% lighter in weight than standard cast or natural stone, giving tremendous savings advantages to the builder.

Steve is a classically trained artist who attended the Minneapolis College of Art and Design, was successful in landscape and residential construction before starting Milestone in 1989; blending the latest in product and process technology with classical design.
